Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Amrit Deol Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition consultations and personalized diet plans. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund & Returns Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our clients.

2. Consultation Services

Our nutrition consultation services are personalized and delivered in real-time (either in-person or via video call). Due to the nature of these services, once a consultation has been conducted, it is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Diet Plan Packages

For prepaid diet plan packages (monthly or multi-month plans), the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase (before any plan delivery): Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellation after plan delivery has begun: A pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion of the plan at our discretion.
• Cancellation after 7 days of plan delivery: No refund will be issued, as significant work has been invested in creating your personalized plan.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the session will be marked as completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. We encourage clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot make their appointment.

5. Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.

6. Digital Products

Any digital products, e-books, meal plan templates, or downloadable resources purchased through our platform are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details
• Order or booking reference number
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in circumstances involving medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Amrit Deol Nutrition.
